Hi @aparna2071, thanks for putting this together! We very much appreciate it! When I suggested the blog idea, I was thinking of creating a new dashboard for visualizing a team's time investment in different areas. For example, a pie chart for issues of different work types in the past month. Also, it would be very interesting to see a trend chart for how the work type distribution has evolved over time. I noticed that you included two screenshots from the "Weekly Bug Retro" dashboard, which is great for visualizing a team's efforts in resolving and responding to bugs, but it's not taking into account of other work types.
