### Search before asking - [X] I had searched in the [issues](https://github.com/apache/incubator-devlake/issues?q=is%3Aissue) and found no similar feature requirement. ### Use case Users have brought up confusion about the Production regex field in transformation rules, because if you only fill in Production without filling in the regex for Deployment, the transformation still does not work. Therefore, we should make Production conditional to Deployment.
