mappjzc opened a new pull request, #4676:

   ### Summary
   Add deploy build collect, extract, convert, and e2e test.
   the collect is based on BambooDeployEnvironment and gets planKey from the 
input.
   It is used to get the DEPLOYMENT task.
   Fix an e2e error lost.
   
   ### Does this close any open issues?
   Closes #4675
