### Search before asking - [X] I had searched in the [issues](https://github.com/apache/incubator-devlake/issues?q=is%3Aissue) and found no similar issues. ### What happened 1. I can access ZenTao via address "http://43.138.12.175:81/"; with username `TestDevlake0` and password `TestDevlake0`. 2. I failed to create a connection of ZenTao with information above. 3.
