### Search before asking - [X] I had searched in the [issues](https://github.com/apache/incubator-devlake/issues?q=is%3Aissue) and found no similar feature requirement. ### Use case As a user of the DevLake platform, I want to be able to configure the TAPD plugin to parse remote links in the same way that Jira does( #4463 ), so that I can extract and visualize additional development data such as repo_url and commit_sha. ### Description Currently, the TAPD plugin does not support the parsing of remote links like Jira does. We would like to request a feature where users can configure the TAPD plugin for their specific needs to parse remote links data. Specifically, we would like the ability to extract repo_url and commit_sha data from remote links parsing. Alternatively, if it is considered more efficient, we suggest implementing the remote link parsing at the domain layer for all integrations rather than individual tool-layer schemas.
