Startrekzky opened a new issue, #4960:

   ## What and why to refactor
   Based on the new DORA algorithm in 
https://github.com/apache/incubator-devlake/issues/4869, the definition of 
'deployment' has been changed.
   
   Hence, we have to update the Config UI configuration accordingly.
   
   
   ## Describe the solution you'd like
