### Search before asking - [X] I had searched in the [issues](https://github.com/apache/incubator-devlake/issues?q=is%3Aissue) and found no similar issues. ### What happened DevLake is currently experiencing data inaccuracies resulting from the inability of TAPD plugin to delete removed issues. Whenever an issue is deleted in TAPD, it remains visible on DevLake and affects the overall accuracy of development data insights. ### What do you expect to happen We expect TAPD's deleted issues to be successfully removed during data synchronization with DevLake. This will ensure that the data collected and analyzed on DevLake remains accurate for engineering excellence, developer experience, and community growth initiatives. ### How to reproduce Begin by synchronizing a TAPD project's data with DevLake. Delete an old issue from the TAPD issue list.
