### Search before asking - [X] I had searched in the [issues](https://github.com/apache/incubator-devlake/issues?q=is%3Aissue) and found no similar feature requirement. ### Use case On consuming code quality data from devlake, information outside code quality domain model, is not fetched to devlake db, like source code, code check rules, which is useful for detailed code issue view. But it's available via Sonarqube web api.
