The issue I had was with mysql pv. Somehow scripts/files in mysql pv was broken when first time mysql pod started. Uninstall helm chart didn't clean up mysql pv, it is still left over even through pv reclaim policy is "delete". I had to manually remove pv and pvc, then re-install helm chart to make it work. -- This is an automated message from the Apache Git Service.
