URL: https://github.com/apache/incubator-devlake-website/issues/802

   ## Documentation Scope

This documentation will cover the enhancement of the "Customize" plugin's
CSV import functionality in DevLake. It will be targeted at the User Manuals
section, specifically focusing on how users can leverage the new capabilities
to import additional issue tracking entities such as issue changelogs, issue
worklogs, and sprints. This will also include instructions on how to use the
new fields in the issues.csv file to associate issues with sprints.

   ## Describe the Change

The documentation will be updated to include the following additions and
updates:

   New CSV Import Capabilities:
Detailed instructions on how to import issue changelogs, issue worklogs, and
sprints using CSV files.
Explanation of the new CSV file formats and required fields for sprints.csv,
issue_changelogs.csv, and issue_worklogs.csv.
   Updated Issues CSV File:
Information on the new sprint_id field in the issues.csv file and how it can
be used to link issues to sprints.
   Step-by-Step Guide:
A comprehensive guide on preparing and importing CSV files to fully utilize
the new functionality.
Examples of use cases where users can benefit from importing these
additional entities to enhance their DevLake analysis.

   ## Additional context

This documentation update is crucial for users who rely on non-supported
third-party or custom-built issue tracking systems. By providing clear
instructions on how to import these additional entities, users will be able to
gain deeper insights into their development processes, such as tracking issue
lifecycle changes, effort spent on tasks, and sprint progress. This will enable
them to fully leverage DevLake's dashboard and analytics features for better
engineering practices.

   This feature is implemented by
