## Summary - update the Grafana SQL converter dependency to `sqlglot` 30.12.0 - upgrade Grafana from 11.6.2 through 12.4.5 to 13.0.2, including provisioning and persistent-volume hardening - align dashboard metadata and datasource references with Grafana 13; remove duplicate broken AI Model ROI dashboards - retain `postgresVersion: 1400`; the PostgreSQL 18 setting remains intentionally scoped to the database upgrade ## Validation - `git diff --check upstream/main...HEAD` - `bash -n grafana/scripts/entrypoint.sh` - parsed all 126 Grafana dashboard JSON files - installed `grafana/scripts/requirements.txt` in a clean Python virtual environment and verified `sqlglot 30.12.0` - manual validation completed; release explicitly approved (`FREIGEGEBEN`) ## Scope exclusion - no fork-specific paths (`scripts-local/**`, `AGENTS.md`, `backend/plugins/q_dev/**`, or `docker-compose.datasources.yml`) are included - `postgresVersion` remains at 1400; PostgreSQL 18 is intentionally left to its dedicated change -- This is an automated message from the Apache Git Service.
