Companion to apache/devlake#9023 (`feat(incidentio): add incident.io data source plugin`, merged). - Adds `docs/Configuration/Incidentio.md` — connection setup (API key, endpoint), incident-type data scopes, what gets collected (incidents → `issues`/`boards` with type `INCIDENT`, feeding DORA change failure rate and failed deployment recovery time), timestamp semantics including the retrospective-incident case, and the standard project/sync-policy steps, following the structure of the PagerDuty page. - Adds incident.io to the supported data sources table in `docs/Overview/SupportedDataSources.md`.
