## Summary - refresh the Python 3.11 Poetry lockfiles for `pydevlake`, `azuredevops`, and `fakeplugin` - raise the direct `certifi` constraint to `^2026.7.22` - align all direct `pytest` constraints to `^9.1.1` - regenerate all three lockfiles with Poetry 2.4.1 This is a focused lockfile-security refresh. It does not include Pydantic v2, SQLModel, Python runtime, or dbt changes and is independent of #8970 and the later Python 3.14/removal work. ## Validation - `poetry check --lock` passes in all three projects - `pip-audit` on all three exported lock graphs: no known vulnerabilities; the dependent projects only skip the local, non-PyPI `pydevlake` package - `make build-pydevlake` passes - `make unit-test-python` passes: `pydevlake` 10 passed; `azuredevops` 8 passed, 1 skipped - `backend/python/plugins/azuredevops/run.sh --help` starts successfully - `git diff --check` passes ## Scope The upstream diff contains only these five files: - `backend/python/pydevlake/pyproject.toml` - `backend/python/pydevlake/poetry.lock` - `backend/python/plugins/azuredevops/pyproject.toml` - `backend/python/plugins/azuredevops/poetry.lock` - `backend/python/test/fakeplugin/poetry.lock` -- This is an automated message from the Apache Git Service.
