## Summary - add Kiro tool-layer models for connections, S3 slices/files, user reports, model-message counts, chat logs, and completion logs - add the initial migration and table registration for those models - normalize exported values and parse Kiro user-activity CSV reports, including dynamic model columns - cover report variants and normalization edge cases with focused unit tests ## Delivery sequence This is the first of six sequential Kiro plugin changes. It intentionally contains no runtime plugin registration or AWS collection code; the next change adds S3 discovery, extraction, APIs, and plugin wiring after this foundation lands.
