feat(grafana): add Cursor and Multi-AI dashboard parity for PostgreSQL
(#9173)
- Add missing cursor-usage.json for PostgreSQL with Grafana 13 datasource
- Sync multi-ai-comparison.json with Cursor Tab Completions and
LOC/acceptance queries
- Sync ai-cost-efficiency.json with 7 missing Cursor cost and spend panels
- Update convert-mysql-to-postgresql.py to output Grafana 13 datasource
object and prevent quoting SQL keywords in SELECT column lists
