## Related Issue Fixes #9175 ## Changes Proposed * **Grafana Dashboards**: Removed stray `grafana/dashboards/grafana-irm.json`. The plugin dashboards are already maintained under `grafana/dashboards/mysql/grafana-irm.json` and `grafana/dashboards/postgresql/grafana-irm.json`. * **Provisioning Hygiene**: Eliminates duplicate UID (`grafana-irm-dashboard`) collisions on MySQL deployments and avoids loading an invalid MySQL-datasource dashboard when running in PostgreSQL mode. ## How Has This Been Tested?
