The Helm repo still stops at `1.0.3-beta15`, even though #382 updated the chart to `1.0.3-beta18`. The [release workflow](https://github.com/apache/devlake-helm-chart/actions/runs/36343342786) failed before any jobs started. GitHub reports that `docker/login-action@4907a6ddec9925e35a0a9e82d7399ccc52663121` is not allowed by ASF's Actions policy. Please update it to an approved SHA and run the release workflow again.
