Fixes #383 ## Summary Update `docker/login-action` from `v4.1.0` to `v4.6.0`, pinned to an SHA on the current ASF allowlist. The old SHA blocks the [chart release workflow](https://github.com/apache/devlake-helm-chart/actions/runs/36343342786) before it starts. No other workflow settings change. ## Checks - Confirmed the new SHA matches the upstream `v4.6.0` tag and the ASF allowlist. - YAML checks and `git diff --check` passed. - Read-only review found no issues. - The release workflow has not been run with this change. ## After merging Manually run **Release Charts** from `main`.
