## Purpose Remove the obsolete auto cherry pick automation (workflow + composite action). It is no longer used, but fork PRs still trigger it: the run waits for approval, then GitHub expires it after 30 days and reports it as a failed run, which spams maintainers with "PR run failed: Auto Cherry Pick" notifications. The workflow is already disabled at the repository level; this PR removes it for good. ## Does this PR introduce any user-facing change? No. ## How was this patch tested?
