### Summary Ad Redmine python plugin and dashboard to be able to collect Redmine projects, issues, journals, and time entries into the ticket domain, with MySQL and PostgreSQL Grafana dashboards. Additionally it adds improvements over pydevlake since it needs the ticket domain models and project timeAfter so the plugin can map issues and honor the sync policy. ### Does this close any open issues?
