### Summary Add GLPI python plugin to be able to collect GLPI entities, tickets, and related users and groups into the ticket domain, with MySQL and PostgreSQL Grafana dashboards. Additionally, it adds improvements in pydevlake so it reuses an existing raw-table model so a later subtask, as done by GLPI plugin and potentially other plugins can use as well, can read rows collected earlier in the same process. Also add to the connection form the possibility to set a timezone, which is required for the GLPI plugin and could potentially be used by other plugins.
