we need to reflect the travis ci build after moved to apache.

the travis ci should be pointed to :
https://travis-ci.org/apache/incubator-distributedlog
.travis.yml:
https://github.com/apache/incubator-distributedlog/blob/master/.travis.yml
we need to add Apache License Header to the .travis.yml. Also it would be good
to configure travis to run ci in both osx and linux (maybe even windows)
