I am going to rebase my pull request on distributedlog-service module. I am
working on enabling it on distributedlog-core module. However there are too
many places to change. so I am not sure if I can meet 0.4.0. I am okay to move
distributedlog-core to 0.5.0. Let me know what is your opinion?
