Fix For: 0.5.0
Introduce a new type of log - a symlinked log. A symlinked log is pointing to
the original log. Any changes to the original log will be reflected immedately
on the readers that reading the symlinked log.
This is the master ticket for tracking the tasks for developing symlinked log.
