xingchun-chen opened a new issue #2486:

   1. Run the workflow, the task is in the execution state
   2.stop master service
   3. Restart the master service, as shown in the figure below, after the task 
is executed, the worker cannot connect to the master service, and the workflow 
is fault-tolerant
