xingchun-chen opened a new issue #2571:

   1.run workflow
   2.stop master
   3.kill process instance
   4.start master,The process instance is in the kill state, but the task is in 
the successful state
   5.rerun process instance or Resume run  process instance,No process instance 
and task instance are generated
