### Search before asking - [X] I had searched in the [issues](https://github.com/apache/dolphinscheduler/issues?q=is%3Aissue) and found no similar issues. ### What happened Click Data Quality top menu and enter the Rule management, input some Englinsh character like 'null', 'check' in the search bar and click search, it can show a right list.
