### Search before asking - [X] I had searched in the [issues](https://github.com/apache/dolphinscheduler/issues?q=is%3Aissue) and found no similar feature requirement. ### Description We use @CacheEvict to store some data in memory, and when the data changed by api, then it will notify the master. But this is not a complete design, when we change the data doesn't by api, the cache might not be update in time, for example if we directly change the data in db, then the server might get old data.
