### Search before asking - [X] I had searched in the [issues](https://github.com/apache/dolphinscheduler/issues?q=is%3Aissue) and found no similar feature requirement. ### Description Now there's only one admin user in a cluster. But in fact, we may need more than one admin users. We can only change an ordinary user to admin by updating the database, which is very inconvenient. So, I suggest to add the user type option when creating or editing a user.
