### Search before asking - [X] I had searched in the [issues](https://github.com/apache/dolphinscheduler/issues?q=is%3Aissue) and found no similar issues. ### What happened version：3.2.0 deploy with kubernetes Add a workflow, go online and run it, but you can’t see any workflow instances，See the worker error through the running log: current cpu load average 6.83 is higher than 1.0 or available memory 0.006833902700587702 is lower than 0.3 And I saw from the monitoring center that the CPU memory has exceeded 100%.
