### Search before asking - [X] I had searched in the [issues](https://github.com/apache/dolphinscheduler/issues?q=is%3Aissue) and found no similar issues. ### What happened another similar issue: https://github.com/apache/dolphinscheduler/issues/14855 workflow instance blocking caused by TaskStateEventHandler::handleStateEvent NullPointerException workflow contain subprocessess master exception log:  exception code here:  it might be caused by here:  the event come from another master, might be here:  my question is: is the event is necessary? if it is necessary, please fix it， if it is not necessary , please drop it . ### What you expected to happen Running as expect。 ### How to reproduce Needs two or more masters, only one master can not reproduce this bug. The reason is when a subprocess, will dispatch to different masters, And when the task(sub process) running is finished.
