   ### error info
`(dolphinscheduler/default/resources/enterprise_basic_info/test.xlsx,dolphinscheduler/default/resources/enterprise_basic_info/test.xlsx)
 error`

the test.xlsx file I have already delete in resource , and upload a new
file in resource, named '企业分类信息.xlsx', when I changed the workflow
configuration, and run the instance but it reported bug yet. it seems the
instance configed both old and new file but I only configed the new file
'企业分类信息.xlsx'

   ### How to reproduce

   1. upload a workflow which depend a file named test.xlsx
   2. upload a file in resouce named 企业分类信息.xlsx
   3. edit the workflow changing depended resouce as 企业分类信息.xlsx
   4. online the workflow and run the instance
