### Search before asking - [X] I had searched in the [issues](https://github.com/apache/dolphinscheduler/issues?q=is%3Aissue) and found no similar issues. ### What happened I in the tag file management, for the average user to create a folder, and upload the jars, but when I create a project, and try to quote jars, through/dolphinscheduler/resources/query - by - type? Type = FILE&programType = SCALA access to {" code ": 0," MSG ":" success ", "data" : [], "failed" : false, "success" : true}   ### What you expected to happen jar packages of ordinary users can also be displayed normally ### How to reproduce File management uses s3 as storage, uses a common user to log in, and creates a folder to upload the jar package.
