### Search before asking - [X] I had searched in the [issues](https://github.com/apache/dolphinscheduler/issues?q=is%3Aissue) and found no similar feature requirement. ### Description First of all, I set the project preferences and assign a default value to the options of worker group. Then I tried to start the workflow manually and find that the form didn't use those default values.
