### Search before asking - [X] I had searched in the [issues](https://github.com/apache/dolphinscheduler/issues?q=is%3Aissue) and found no similar issues. ### What happened dolphinscheduler version:3.2.1 When the administrator authorizes resource files for other users in user management, the drop-down list displays nothing and no data. There is a file list in my resource center, but there is no authorized file list when authorizing.   The resource center directory is as follows:  ### What you expected to happen When authorizing resources, the administrator cannot authorize other users.
