### Search before asking - [X] I had searched in the [issues](https://github.com/apache/dolphinscheduler/issues?q=is%3Aissue) and found no similar feature requirement. ### Description After syncing with @Gallardot , we found that it will bring multi application.yaml maintainence cost after involving new configmap into helm chart. After discussion we decide to add a flag and default false, then we can keep application.yaml in api/master/worker/alert clean.
