### Search before asking - [X] I had searched in the [issues](https://github.com/apache/dolphinscheduler/issues?q=is%3Aissue) and found no similar feature requirement. ### Description Now master/worker are all based on cpu/memory control in protection. When deployed in k8s, it will get cpu/memory from pod node instead of pod JVM.
