### Search before asking - [x] I had searched in the [issues](https://github.com/apache/dolphinscheduler/issues?q=is%3Aissue) and found no similar issues. ### What happened   we're using v3.2.1, it seems every pagination in the UI is not working. as shown in the screencaps, we have 25 workflow instances, but the paging still display 1 only when i chose 10 items per page.
