### Search before asking - [x] I had searched in the [issues](https://github.com/apache/dolphinscheduler/issues?q=is%3Aissue) and found no similar feature requirement. ### Description Right now, when the task instance has dispatched but not receive the dispatched event, then we kill the task, the state machine will skip the kill event, since it doesn't know the worker address.
