### Search before asking - [x] I had searched in the [issues](https://github.com/apache/dolphinscheduler/issues?q=is%3Aissue) and found no similar feature requirement. ### Description The current gRPC task plugin uses a independency protobuf backend parser for descriptors generated by _protobuf.js_. This includes much intermediate conversions and lack of maintainability.
