### Search before asking - [x] I had searched in the [issues](https://github.com/apache/dolphinscheduler/issues?q=is%3Aissue) and found no similar feature requirement. ### Description I noticed that the kill-application-when-task-failover configuration, as a config item in master application.yaml, is not supported in the latest stable version 3.3.2. However this configuration is necessary for remote tasks like k8s or yarn when worker restarted.
