### Search before asking - [x] I had searched in the [issues](https://github.com/apache/dolphinscheduler/issues?q=is%3Aissue) and found no similar feature requirement. ### Description The reentrant lock implementation in the latest version of JdbcRegistryLockManager lacks a reentrancy counter. Consequently, the lock is prematurely released in the database by the initial releaseLock() invocation.
