   Hi,
   I do not reproduce this bug int `1.3.1-release` branch with script `echo 
"${yyyy-MM-dd HH:mm:ss}"`. The screenshot can refer to [1].
   And the result of `echo "${schedule.time}"` refer to [2], [3]. 
   
   And I think it is the right when shellTask scheduler reruns the date 
expression in the script to the current system time.
   If you have any question or suggestion, please put forward.
