### Search before asking - [x] I had searched in the [issues](https://github.com/apache/dolphinscheduler/issues?q=is%3Aissue) and found no similar feature requirement. ### Description Because workflow events are handled sequentially, and a finished workflow instance unloads all pending events, the workflow cannot have ended when we are handling the timeout event.
