   ### Search before asking

   - [x] I had searched in the
[issues](https://github.com/apache/dolphinscheduler/issues?q=is%3Aissue) and
found no similar feature requirement.

   ### Description

It seems that everyone currently handles cleanup by writing custom scripts
to periodically purge the database or by calling specific APIs. Is there really
no built-in functionality for this? I feel this is a critical requirement—a
"must-have"—especially in scenarios involving micro-batch workflows, which tend
to generate massive volumes of logs. We should consider integrating this
workflow cleanup capability directly into our existing system as a standard
feature.
