### Search before asking - [x] I had searched in the [issues](https://github.com/apache/dolphinscheduler/issues?q=is%3Aissue) and found no similar feature requirement. ### Description The Chinese (docs/docs/zh/guide/upgrade/incompatible.md) and English (docs/docs/en/guide/upgrade/incompatible.md) upgrade docs are significantly out of sync. The Chinese version has the following issues: 1. Duplicated entries in ## dev section (6 items that belong to ## 3.2.0) 2. Untranslated English entries in Chinese docThe Chinese ## dev section previously had 3 entries left in English (items 4–6 above). This was partially fixed by translating them to Chinese, but they still shouldn't be under ## dev at all. 3.
