Hi! I'd like to work on this — during 'Recovery Failed', the state-transition logic should preserve FORCED_SUCCESS instead of overwriting it with SUCCESS when the task is skipped. I'll trace the recovery path in the master's workflow-execute code and submit a fix with a test covering the forced-success + recovery combination. Could you please assign this to me?
