## Feature proposal ### What problem does this feature solve? Add a SQL Gateway submit mode to the existing **FLINK** task, so batch SQL can be sent to a remote [Flink SQL Gateway](https://nightlies.apache.org/flink/flink-docs-stable/docs/dev/table/sql-gateway/) over JDBC (`flink-sql-jdbc-driver`) without a local Flink client. This follows the review on #18690: do not add a new task type. The existing `sql-client.sh` path stays the default. ### Proposed behavior - Task type remains `FLINK` - New optional parameter `sqlSubmitType`: absent / `CLIENT` keeps today's `${FLINK_HOME}/bin/sql-client.sh` path; `SQL_GATEWAY` uses JDBC - SQL Gateway mode supports inline script or a resource-center file for the init script and the main script, a configurable statement separator, and optional JDBC properties - Existing FLINK tasks are unchanged: missing `sqlSubmitType` is treated as `CLIENT` ### Is this a regression?
