   *Improve some code with lazy design pattern*
   *Delete some unused code file to make the code cleaner*
   
   ## Brief change log
   
     - *Add MoreSupplier utils for lazy design pattern to lazy init 
AlertManager and HadoopUtils*
     - *Remove unused `IStoppable.java` and `LogPromise.java` for cleaner code*
   
   ## Verify this pull request
   
   This pull request is already covered by existing tests.
