   question:
   now,the email config is must to configed,but our project  did not hava a 
email stmp  and can not on intelnet。

   So debug code, function sendAttachment  Immediately execute, 
   My project has been a failure，It's not very reasonable here。
    which is not very reasonable, if the project does not have these 
conditions, can not use the software
